SMS Terms of Service

These terms govern the text messaging program operated by Sweet Brands LLC, doing business as Travelin' Tom's Coffee of Eastvale.

Program description and use cases

With your separate, optional consent, we may send customer-care text messages about your catering inquiry, requested availability, event details, service questions, and customer support. If you separately consent to promotional messages, we may also send marketing and promotional offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

How to opt in

You may opt in through our website inquiry form by entering your mobile number and checking the applicable optional SMS consent box. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are authorized to use the US mobile number provided, and agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, event, and interactions with our team. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. We do not charge a separate fee for the SMS program.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. No further text messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carrier disclaimer
